— All invoices are issued in GBP (£). Prices in other currencies will depend on the exchange rate at time of payment.

— Payment will be 50% beforehand and 50% on completion, unless agreed otherwise.

— I schedule projects on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure a start date. Work begins once the deposit has been received and the manuscript is ready.

— Final files are supplied as PDF and EPUB. Editable source files are not provided.

— Formatting should take place after editing and proofreading have been completed.

— Formatting services include one round of minor corrections for typos or small errors. Substantial manuscript changes or multiple rounds of edits will require a reformat, charged at 50% of the original fee.

— Proofreading is not included. However, if I notice errors while formatting, I will flag them in my final email with page references.

— I offer a free two-year archiving service for completed projects. If you’d like me to retain your files, please let me know.

— If you need a copy of your files within two years of completion, just email me. Files are permanently deleted after this period.

— Some decorative elements (such as chapter headers or dividers) include licensed stock imagery sourced from Depositphotos. These images are non-exclusive and cannot be used for trademarked logos, service marks, or exclusive branding.

— Please allow sufficient time between formatting completion and publication to order proof copies and request any necessary adjustments.

— MOBI files are no longer supported by Kindle and are not provided. EPUB files can now be uploaded directly to Kindle for ARCs.
