Prices in other currencies will depend on the exchange rate at time of payment.<\/p><p>\u2014 Payment will be 50% beforehand and 50% on completion, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p><p>\u2014\u00a0I schedule projects on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure a start date. Work begins once the deposit has been received and the manuscript is ready.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><u><strong>FORMATTED FILES AND EDITS:<\/strong><\/u><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2014 Final files are supplied as PDF and EPUB. Editable source files are not provided.<\/p><p>\u2014 Formatting should take place after editing and proofreading have been completed.<\/p><p>\u2014\u00a0Formatting services include one round of minor corrections for typos or small errors. Substantial manuscript changes or multiple rounds of edits will require a reformat, charged at 50% of the original fee.<\/p><p>\u2014 Proofreading is not included. However, if I notice errors while formatting, I will flag them in my final email with page references.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><strong><u>BACKUPS:<\/u><\/strong><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2014 I offer a free two-year archiving service for completed projects. If you\u2019d like me to retain your files, please let me know.<\/p><p><strong>\u2014 <\/strong>If you need a copy of your files within two years of completion, just email me. Files are permanently deleted after this period.<u><\/u><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>IMAGE LICENSING:<\/strong><\/span><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2014\u00a0Some decorative elements (such as chapter headers or dividers) include licensed stock imagery sourced from Depositphotos.
